Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions Duluth Cluster Schools Foundation Grant Application Application: - All grants to be considered must be submitted online by December 1, 2017. - An anonymous copy of the grant application will be sent to the applicant's Principal at time of submission. - An alternate contact must be provided to the Foundation in the event the applicant is not available for reporting follow-up. Funding: - All funds received will be paid to the order of the applicant's school. - Grant funds are to be used solely for the purpose expressed on the grant application. No modification in the use of these funds may be made without prior written consent of the Foundation. Any portion of grant funds not expended per the grant application shall be returned to the Foundation. - Grant funds must be expended within the same school year for which it was approved. If all funds are not spent within the same school year, an implementation outline of your program must be provided along with a concrete financial timeline. - All physical materials/equipment purchased with grant funds will become property of the Gwinnett County Public School System and will be inventoried and tracked as such. - Materials and services received from the grant remain the property of the school for which it was granted. - The grantee is required to sign a Grant Agreement before funds are dispersed. Reporting: - The grantee must maintain adequate documentation to show clearly that the grant has been expended exclusively for the program for which it was approved. - The grantee must submit electronically the following required documentation to the Foundation by September 15, 2018: -- Short written description of the program including its implementation and benefits. -- All receipt documents pertaining to expended funds. -- Pictures of services or materials being utilized. - The grantee may be asked to speak regarding the use of funds and the impact the grant has had on the school.
